Ana Rivas studied architecture in Mexico and received a master's degree in graphic design while focusing on reactivating and recovering temporarily underused public spaces with graphic interventions and temporary materials. Later on, she completed a diploma in "Mobility in sustainable cities". Since 2011, Ana has been working between Mexico and Germany as the arcPhD candidate and research associate at the Chair of Urban Structure and Transport Planning at the Technical University of Munich (TUM), working in the field of tactical urbanism and street experiments as a tool in urban planning to achieve more liveable, sustainable and resilient cities. She co-founded SET (Street Experiments tool), which supports cities, organizations, and society in experimenting with streets to transform urban mobility and public spaces. She offers guidelines, workshops, implementation, and evaluation of street experiments. www.streetexperiments.com
